Presently he is associated with a UAE based manufacturer as a Senior Consultant for Quality Assurance and Food Laws. Shri Mahindru is author of several Books on food analysis. This is his 12th one. Some have been accepted as standard reference text by the Board for Public Analysts Qualifying Examination under the PFA Act. Shri Mahindru is a fellow of several Scientific bodies like Institution of Chemists (India), Oil Technologists Association of India as well as Essential Oils Association of India, member of several expert committees of BIS, former president of Association of Food Scientists and Technologist (Delhi, Chapt.).
