This book constitutes the proceedings of the 15th IFIP Working Conference on the Practice of Enterprise Modeling, PoEM 2022, which took place in London, UK, during November 23-25, 2022. This year the theme of the conference is Enterprise Modeling and Model-based Development and Engineering.
