This book constitutes the proceedings papers of the 14th IFIP Working Conference on the Practice of Enterprise Modeling, held in Riga, Latvia, during November 24-26, 2021. PoEM offers a forum for sharing experiences and knowledge between the academic community and practitioners from industry and the public sector.
