Dizziness and vertigo are common symptoms in older people and affect their health and quality of life. Meantime, dizziness, and vertigo can increase the risk of falls by affecting balance and gait. Previous studies have shown that falls are one of the major problems in the elderly and are considered one of the "geriatric giants" (mobility, falls, continuity, and improved intelligence/memory), leading to a significant contribution of mobility.
