Alain Delbe poursuit l’étude de la dimension psychique de la voix, entamée par la publication en 1995 de son essai Le Stade vocal, aux éditions L’Harmattan. Il y présentait une conception de la construction de la subjectivité et de l’accès au langage centrée sur un stade où l’enfant reconnaît sa voix comme lui appartenant.
