Although the Book of Deuteronomy has received considerable scholarly attention, it is all too frequently neglected by the common Christian. This ought not to be. Deuteronomy is much more than a mere repetition of laws; it is full of the covenant of grace, of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and of the way of justification by His blood and sanctification through His Word and Spirit.
