Agnes Schwarzenbacher was a sideshow star of the 1930s. Her stretchy skin below the waist earned her the name, "The Rubber Skin Lady," and made her a popular attraction with Ripley's Odditorium and other shows. During her travels, she kept a scrapbook of personal photos, newspaper clippings, and souvenir cards from other sideshow performers. This book reprints that scrapbook in its entirety, and includes brief bios of many of the unusual people within, including Francesco Lentini, the Three-Legged Wonder and Frieda Pushnik, the Armless and Legless Wonder.
