Moments of Surrender is a collection of inspirational poetry that tells of God's faithfulness through every moment of our lives. The poetry was born out of different seasons in my life. This collection consists of a variety of poems: poems of praise, encouragement, healing, hope, grace, and even poems that bring to light the struggles we sometime face. Each poem is followed by a Scripture reference. This is because the word of God is the answer for every situation we may face. My poetry has been recited on the streets of New York City, at chemical dependency treatment programs, and on the international mission field. To God be the glory Free Like Me I love to see God set the captives free It reminds me of what He's done in me Author Bio: Tanya Jones is a a born-again Christian who has faithfully served and loved her Lord for over thirty years. Through the poems found in Moments of Surrender, she seeks to encourage all who may find themselves burdened by the stresses and trials of everyday life. Her sensitivity to the needs of others has developed out of her over twenty-three year experience as a licensed and practicing special education teacher and school psychologist in the New York City public school system. Because of her intuitive compassion and her love for people, she has been invited into many pulpits, and is often asked to minister as a workshop and conference speaker.
