This is my third book that has been published. It signifies hope through the medium of poetry. A descriptive set of poetry that expresses my inner realizations and thus far the resolve when facing challenges. This is not a self help book but instead a recovery centred focus on fulfilling ones potential when diagnosed with mental illness. And then having the same opportunities as any one else can have albeit without the stigma that many face. I once thought mental health services wouldnt employ me. Well ive worked in mental health for 6 and a half years now. I once thought I wouldnt have the opportunity to have a family of my own. Now I have two children and a lovely fiance. You buy and you decide if you agree with the principles behind my life and what I stand for.
