On July 16, 2009, Sgt. James Crowley responded to a 911 call about a possible break-in in progress on Ware St. in Cambridge, MA. Within six minutes, Crowley had arrested Gates for disorderly conduct and placed him in handcuffs at his own home. How was this possible?
