Stephen "Steve" John Coogan, born on 14th October 1965, Middleton, Lancashire, England, UK is an actor, comedian, screenwriter and producer. Steve began his career during the '80s, working as a voice artist on the satirical puppet show Spitting Image, while providing voiceovers for TV adverts then began creating original comic characters in the early '90s. Coogan co-founded the production company Baby Cow Productions with Henry Normal during 1999.
